This Easter I made a Marmalade Glazed Ham for dinner. Glazed ham is beautiful served warm as part of a roast dinner but also fantastic cold in salads and sandwiches.
When selecting a ham to roast for dinner I always choose one larger than necessary, that way I will have leftovers to make this yummy ham and brie sandwich. This is something simple to make after Easter Sunday, Christmas or any other roast Sunday dinner.
Ham and brie are a great combination and the addition of mango chutney adds a welcome sweetness.
- ciabatta roll
- 2 sliced of brie cheese
- 1 thick cut slice of roast ham
- rocket leaves
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Place the ciabatta in the oven to heat through, this will take approximately 5 minutes.
Slice open the warm ciabatta and layer with the rocket, ham, brie and chutney.
